This study aims to analyze the determinants of poverty in villages by focusing on geography, education and health aspects. The analysis model used is modeling using the dynamic panel data regression method.

Break-even plays an important role in increasing enterprise profits, enterprises owners are expected to take action plans to increase revenue to prevent enterprises losses. This paper contributes to small and medium enterprises in the context of enterprises that give rise to local cultural wisdom. This analysis provides empirical evidence that there is an influence on the cost of the product, operational costs, and the quality of enterprises products on the achievement of break-even to increase revenue for small and medium enterprises.
Unit of observation is a total of 57 offices including Branch Offices, Sub Branch Offices,and Cash Offices of 15 sharia banks throughout 14 regions and 3 cities spread around the province. Population was unknown, due to the rules wherein a few banks refused to provide data regarding the total amount of their customers. Therefore, Zikmund formula was used to draw samples, wherein a total of 385 respondents were selected proportionally from each regions and cities. The results revealed findings which described that innovation, as well as value creation, have positive and significant direct effect on the reputation.
Long-term exposure of humans to phenol-contaminated water causes health problems such as anorexia, progressive weight loss, and liver disorders. This emphasizes the importance of addressing and reducing phenol contamination to safeguard human health. Various treatment methods have been applied, including filtration, reverse osmosis, and adsorption. Among these, adsorption is widely used due to its simplicity and cost-effectiveness, with activated carbon as the most commonly used adsorbent. This study comprehensively reviews previous studies on agricultural waste-based activated carbon (palm shell, candlenut, and rubber) for phenolic compound removal. It examines characterization data (BET, XRD, SEM-EDX, and FTIR) and adsorption performance, aiming to provide recommendations of the most promising biomass for developing efficient activated carbon.

The research samples include 22 companies that present a complete report with the determination of the sample through a purposive sampling method. In this paper, the path following control, based on the Lyapunov stability approach, designed specifically for a bus, will be proposed and tested experimentally. The mathematical model of the bus kinematics and controller will be presented. The main concerns of the presentation will be the technical details of the path following control implementation such as the design of the system, the controller and actuator and also the data communication among all components.

A microbial approach, using microbes isolated from the rumen, may be an alternative eco-friendly option to prevent and treat this metabolic disorder. Lactic acid-utilizing bacteria isolated from the rumen can be a new alternative as it is naturally increasing during low ruminal pH conditions. Through several studies, a potential bacterium which can alleviate acidosis condition in ruminant is discovered. MF926250, which has a high activity of lactic acid utilization, may become the potential to a ruminal acidosis in the area of ruminant agriculture.
The population in this study are all auditors in the Audit Board of Indonesia in East Nusa Tenggara Province counted to 86 auditors, while the sample of this study are 46 auditors. This study uses a simple regression analysis to analyze and test the hypothesis. The finding of this study shows that role conflict significantly affect auditors performance. The result of this study makes a contributions to the Audit Board of Indonesia in their employment selection. Implications of the findings are discussed and directions for future research are offered. This research helps PT ABC determine the Cost of Goods Manufactured which is more accurate to determine the right selling price with traditional methods and TDABC. The traditional method alocate the same value of direct and overhead labor costs for each product based on the number of units needed and provide less accurate calculations. The TDABC method provide more accurate direct labor and overhead costs by alocating the costs into each activity that has added value and the production process time for each type of product.

This study aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing on the interest in purchasing products at the Fenomena Rakat Clothing. The variables in this study are, independent variables; Social Media Marketing (Context, Communication, Collaboration & Connection) and the dependent variable Purchasing Interest. This research is a descriptive and inferential study using multiple linear regression models. Sampling in this study uses Non Probability Sampling with Accidental Sampling methods. Data collection was done through online questionnaires through Google form on 80 respondents with 24 item statements. Data processing techniques are carried out by descriptive and inferential analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis testing.

Regression model developed in three models total debt, long term debt and short term debt. The results showed that in total debt and short term debt model are a partially bond yield has no effects on leverage while the company size and liquidity significantly negative affects on leverage. In long term debt model is a partially bond yield has positive effect on leverage, size has no effect on leverage, and liquidity has positive effect on leverage. The results of this study can identified that leverage pattern in line with short term debt. The efforts in improving critical thinking skills are carried out by applying the problem-based learning model using “blended learning” method. Blended learning method is implemented by integrating the face-to-face learning with online learning into the syntax of problem base learning. Face-to-face learning is done in the classroom, while the form of online learning is done by utilizing internet facilities and online discussion forums. This type of research is categorized as a classroom action research with quantitative descriptive research methods. The instrument used to collect data was a critical thinking test sheet and an observation sheet.

The widespread discharge of phenol into the environment has posed a threat to the environment. Phenol waste in the aquatic environment is mainly due to its involvement in various industries such as the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and wood product sectors. Recent studies have shown that industrial waste contains phenol in the concentration range of 2.8 to 6800 mg/L. The presence of phenol in water can cause bioaccumulation in aquatic organisms, thus posing a risk to the food chain and human health through the consumption of phenol-contaminated seafood.
Auditors as people who play an important role in the audit process are often closely related to stressful conditions. This is because they are put a lot of pressures at work and sometimes at the same time have to balance between two incompatible demands competing against each other. Being professional and achieving an excellent performance can be challenging when an auditor is facing a role conflict. The observation unit is the managers of integrated yacht tourism destinations. Hypothesis testing used is Smart PLS (partial least square) to examine the series of relationships between latent variables in a limited population. The results show that niche marketing and co creation of experience are able to increase yacht tourism destinations, while co creation of experience has a greater role to improve destination competitiveness compared to niche marketing strategy.
